The Barefoot Resort is a mixture of style and texture that makes up the 72 championship holes appropriately named for their designers. Each championship course offers a challenge to even the best of golfers. Of the four courses, The Dye Course is the only semi-private facility at Barefoot Resort and has its own clubhouse. Pete Dye upholds his reputation of building memorable and challenging golf courses by creating a spectacular design filled golf course with challenging angles for what becomes tricky shots.
The Love Course at Barefoot Resort is a traditional course with a Lowcountry character and incorporates Davis Love, II's Carolina golfing experiences in the design. A favorite with golfers is the Fazio course, located between the Dye Course and the Love Course, has been purposefully designed, incorporating extensive tree cover and many lakes into the landscaping. And last but not least is the amazing Norman course with seven holes along the Intracoastal Waterway which highlight Greg Norman's newest design at Barefoot Resort.
