Q: What if I have
not been contacted by email or phone and
it has been more than 48 hours?
A: If you have waited the specified
48-hours and have not been contacted, please
call us at 1-800-929-5285.
Q: How do I make a
change to my reservation request (i.e. Room
type, number of people, arrival date or departure
date)?
A: If the reservation request has
not been confirmed, cancel the first request
and resubmit your reservation request with
the correct information.
If the reservation has been confirmed, please
call us to verify that the changes will be
possible before you cancel your reservation,
1-800-929-5285.
Q: How much of a deposit
will be charged to my credit card at the
time of confirmation?
A: It varies for each property and
each city. You will have to check the terms
and conditions page for the specific hotel
or resort that you are interested in. (Generally,
hotels will charge the first night's rate
plus tax for each room you request. Resorts
may require 50% of the total cost or the
entire stay. If you would like to know for
sure please call and ask a representative at
1-800-929-5285. Please keep in mind these
are generalizations.)

my reservation?

Enter your Tracking ID and your zip code.
Please be sure that your cancellation falls
within the cancellation policy, or you could
be subject to charges (i.e. First night
charge).
