In 1620, the first group of travelers arrived on these shores. They were enamored by the beautiful situation of the rivers and the natural harbor. They carried out some very important meetings with the local native populous, enjoyed their local fare and scouted out the area’s handsome natural attractions. It wasn’t long before the word got out and interest in this land just beyond Cape Cod was looked upon with great enthusiasm by Miles Standish and the signers of the Mayflower Compact. Boston is still looked upon with excitement when it comes to group meetings!
